Besson Chaussures equips itself with Philips screen walls thanks to Iagona

Digitalization is increasingly attracting businesses looking to modernize, by integrating digital signage into their communications. The Besson Chaussures group chooses digital signage to increase its visibility


The context

Besson Chaussures is a shoe retailer founded in 1982. The Besson brothers sold their shoes in markets before opening their first stores.
The success of their concept enabled them to attract numerous brands such as Adidas, Asics, Dockers, Ipanema, Geox… and become popular with consumers. In 1998, the company was sold to the Vivarte group and joined the La Halle, Minelli, Caroll, San Marina… brands.

Besson Chaussures chose to equip its numerous stores with walls of 45″ and 75″ Philips screens installed on the sales floor and behind the checkouts.

The issue


Besson Chaussures wanted not only to launch a new store design, but also to communicate more effectively. The digitalization of its outlets was to support the modernization of its image.

The Iagona solution


To meet Besson Chaussures’ needs, Iagona proposed a digital layout including screen walls on the sales floor and behind the checkouts. This enabled them to communicate effectively on the offer and propose engaging media. In addition, Iagona organized the deployment and installation of all Besson sites.

Besson chaussures took advantage of the new digital devices to offer its customers a new, dynamic form of communication. Neoscreen, Iagona’s digital signage software, was used to dramatize the sales floor.

Thanks to the diffusion screens, Besson Chaussures not only benefited from greater visibility of its product range, but also from dedicated spaces to broadcast its promotional campaigns.

For the record, Besson Chaussures has chosen to replace all the existing screens in its current network with latest-generation Philips screens.
