Needs
GLOBAL REMOTE COMMUNICATION
The advantage of digital signage for Petit Bateau is that it can send content accessible at any time to all its departments from head office, and above all inform employees working on production and logistics sites remotely. The company’s objective was to have global, harmonized communication across all sites.
Premises in Frankfurt, Brussels, Milan and Marrakech are already equipped, and those in Barcelona, London and Tokyo will be in 2018. Petit Bateau is also looking to step up its remote communication with customers through in-store screens.
The Iagona solution
DIGITAL SIGNAGE SOFTWARE
Petit Bateau chose Neoscreen for its multiple functionalities and ease of use in creating, programming and broadcasting messages and multimedia content rapidly across a network of screens. The ability to broadcast social networks live on its screens was a decisive factor in Petit Bateau’s choice of Neoscreen.
To encourage information sharing, Petit Bateau decided to install several screens in the various departments in Paris, and others at the production and logistics sites in Troyes. The company also chose to equip offices in Brussels, Milan and Frankfurt with digital screens in Marrakech, to facilitate remote communication.
In parallel with this corporate project, screens were also installed in a first boutique in Paris in 2017, before equipping other points of sale for 2018.
The advantage of Neoscreen is that information is easily accessible on both our sites. It also avoids overloading employee mailboxes with recurring newsletters.
