INNOVATIVE AND DYNAMIC COMMUNICATION
Needs
A TRANSERVE SOLUTION FOR COMMUNICATION
With the aim of helping its citizens and boosting its attractiveness, the Strasbourg metropolis wanted to reference a single, cross-functional solution to manage the city’s communications.
The city wanted to equip mainly the sports venues, i.e. the Kibitzenau swimming pool and the municipal ice rink. The installation of communication tools in these venues would enable visitors and citizens to be informed of activities, opening and closing times, works and changes to the venues.
But the city was also looking for a new means of internal communication for its administrative center and ISD headquarters. This would facilitate the exchange of information between employees.
The Iagona solution
A LED INSTALLATION
The Strasbourg metropolis called on Iagona to install digital signage. The metropolis programmed all its digital signage screens with Neoscreen software, which enables content management.
We can find screens in the municipal swimming pool, including LED panels for pool monitoring. The screens display information such as prices, attendance and water temperature.
There are screens in the rink, notably at reception and in the skate bank, where practical information is broadcast.
Screens have also been installed in the reception area of the administrative center, where general information is broadcast.
The metropolis is now able to have total control over the content broadcast. Neoscreen makes it possible to revitalize information and centralize tools across several departments.
