INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
The Annecy Tourist Office’s digital signage project was primarily dedicated to its external communications, designed to be displayed in various locations around the city. The Office de Tourisme d’Annecy wanted to be able to share tourist information, events taking place in the region, practical information about transport or the weather, all thanks to screens placed both indoors and outdoors. An important criterion for the Office de Tourisme d’Annecy was the creation and distribution of its communication on its indoor, outdoor and tactile totems from a single platform.
The Iagona solution
NEOSCREEN
After a competitive tender with another software publisher, the Annecy Tourist Office opted to use Neoscreen and Neoscreen Interactif software to control its screens and create its own content, thanks to the NEOMAKER application. Multiple Neoscreen licenses were deployed. The Annecy Tourist Office chose to install portrait-mode tactile totems, adapted to people with reduced mobility thanks to a scrolling mode for information on the screen. Some of the equipment installed was managed by our resellers, and some by a competing company. The theater, the Bonlieu cultural center and the Tourist Office were thus equipped with our hardware and software solutions.
In particular, the Annecy structure controls all the screens installed in the city’s various venues.
