Keolis Lyon is the private operator that manages and operates Lyon’s public transport network under a Délégation de Service Public contract.
This network is a real showcase for the Keolis Group in its international development. Every day, 1.8 million journeys are made on Lyon’s metro, funicular, tramway and bus lines.
FACILITATE COMMUNICATION AND THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION WITHIN TEAMS
Keolis Lyon needs to communicate effectively with its employees in a context of multiple and geographically dispersed sites.
The company wanted to update its version of Neoscreen to meet its communication challenges. The new solution had to make information more accessible, modern and dynamic, and enable each site to publish a scrolling banner tailored to their specific needs.
The aim was to create cohesion between teams and facilitate the dissemination of information to all employees, whatever their working hours.
NEOSCREEN: DIGITAL SIGNAGE SOFTWARE
Keolis Lyon chose Iagona’s digital signage solution, in partnership with AVI, an audiovisual integrator based near Lyon.
The company has equipped itself with multiple new digital signage screens to share information between company employees. The screens have been placed in the company’s internal premises so that employees can access information.
All the screens are equipped with the latest version of Neoscreen, an easy-to-use software package for organizing content from a web browser, creating, scheduling and displaying it on one or more screens.
Training was provided for Kéolis Lyon staff to enable them to master the software and become autonomous.
Today, digital signage has enabled Keolis Lyon to go beyond traditional display and provide more responsive information updates.
